Does anyone know how to get a Kenmore 385.11607 model repair manual. Sears just sent me a manual with no help. I need to fix it and they sent me a manual on how to sew with this machine. Even though I told them I didn't want this, they said it was what I wanted. So after $20 and waiting a week, the piece of junk they sent does me no help. Does anyone know how to get a "REPAIR and PARTS" manual for this? My parents are need of it to fix their machine. Thanks for all responses in advance.

Repair manuals do not exist for most machines outside of some factory training materials. If you ask for a manual, you're going to get an owners manual. There may be a parts list for it on the sears parts site.

I'd suggest trying the yahoo group "wefixit" for help if this is a mechanical machine. If it's an electronic or computerized machine, you probably need a real repair shop unless what's wrong is obviously mechanical.
