sewing different seams

sewing different seams
How would I go about making this dress?

Ok so I'm making a cavewoman dress for Halloween and I want the dress to be really fitted to my body. I have already taken my measurements and I am going to make my own pattern. My question is however, should I make the dress out of several different pieces? Or can I just use one big piece and make the seam in the center of my back? The dress will have a plunging neckline (all the way down to my belly button) and I wonder if I should just make a front panel and sew it to a back panel and sew the dress at each side. What do you guys think? Oh yeah, and does anyone have any advice on laying out the measurements on the pattern for this dress idea? Thank you so much in advance!

I would try either a two piece kind of like a tube top and mini skirt and you can use the site i have listed to find how other people have made those pieces...

OR

you can buy a corsette and attach the leopard skin or tiger stripe material to it kind of ripped.
