I found a nickel sewn into my jacket. Why the hell is there a nickel in my jacket?
I was about to zip up my new (really old, but new to me because I just got it) leather jacket when I noticed a coin shaped object inside the leather itself. There was a small pocket stitched into the jacket and when I cut the leather open with a knife to look inside of it, I found a nickel. This must have been placed by Nazis or might actually be the antics of a drunken tailor.
In world war II people would sew nickels in there jackets. Your jacket must be from world war II
