You probably won't find sites for that. However, you can probably make your own anyway. Making your own patterns isn't anywhere near as hard as folks would have you believe. Get a few sheets of paper you can destroy, a ruler or tape measure, paper scissors, some cello tape (a.k.a. Scotch tape or sticky tape) and your imagination.
Figure out how big you want it. Cut a piece of paper to fit the width. Fold your paper into threes, like the purse is. There's no seam on the top or bottom, so it looks like one long piece, folded around to make the purse-pouch and the flap. Remember it's going to take a little more space to fold the actual stuff you use to make the purse, so add an inch or an inch-and-a-half to your length measurement. If you want a zipper pocket or anything like that inside, cut another piece of paper to fit that requirement. Figure out where to put the snap or magnet or hook-and-loop (a.k.a. Velcro) closure. Figure out where to put the decorative strap with fake buckle, if you want them, or whatever decoration you want. Play with it. Make another pattern if needs be; that's why you got out several sheets of paper, not just one.
If you're unsure, you can also make a prototype out of that soft craft foam once you have your paper pattern working. See how it goes together. Glue or sew it into place. See how it lays.
Now, go get the vinyl or leather or whatever materials you want to use for it. Have fun with your one-of-a-kind purse.
