eyelet hole tape to be sewn on curtains, I cannot work out what happens to the chord that runs top and bottom?
this chord is not there to pull for gathering. its quite thick. Do I stitch it on like the standard 3" tape? The chord will make loops at the back, sorry if I am not explaing this very well.
