Where can I purchase sturdier fabric material?
Hi, I would love to sew different types of projects (pencil cases, cosmetic bags/pouches, large bags) but I don't know where I can purchase sturdy material such as canvas/linen material that also have fun/cute designs. I have checked out the fabrics at Walmart and Joann Fabrics & Crafts and they are not what I'm looking for. Are there any other stores that sell such fabrics? Thanks.
The stores you mentioned have fabrics than you can use, you just need to beef them up or look at the home dec fabrics which are sturdier.
You can make a fabric stronger with interfacing, lining or using double layers of the fabric.
