sewing Jeans,rexene...I want to make bags,curtains,also stitch clothes..Which is the best sewing machine for this kinda work in INDIA? pls suggest brands and models available in India.Usha,SInger etc?

Brother, Singer, Pfaff, Juki, Union special....all are good machines. You'd be good with a double needle, if you're doing basic stuff. Some folder attachments and guides would be useful as well
