troubleshooting sewing machine
Brother sewing machine issues!!!?
Umm I keep getting E6 and I keep doing all the troubleshooting solutions and none of them work. Every thime I wind the bobbing it gets tangled and when it doesn't the stitches don't go in. If you know what is wrong please help me out. I emailed the people at brother but I'd like to get as much information as possible. Thank you so much
What model do you have? have you tried taking out the bobbin, the threader and unplugging the machine and then starting from scratch? have you lowered your foot? I know it sounds silly, but sometimes when i get an eror on mine that won't go away, it's something simple that I forgot to try because I was sure it was something major.
Is there a phone number you can call and get a real person? It would be worth a long distance call. That would be cheaper than getting it fixed or replaced. Just a thought...
