How Can I make A Pair Of Pants into Shorts?
OK, Well My Sister- She's 17 gave me a hand me down pair of PLAID Pants my Mom bought her that she never wore. (We're not really big fans of long Plaid Pants my sis and I) My mom now wants ME to wear them. I convinced her to let me make them into shorts.
The waist might be a size or two too big- any ideas on how to fix it (I'm a size 0, My sis is a size 2)

just cut them.
i did this last year and it looked awesome. the don't worry about the fringe it looks hot.
here's some tips to make them the best:
-decide where you want to cut them, and mark that line somehow. (chalk works best, but marker will do.)
-cut a little longer than you want them, because you will probably have to even it out.
-get someone to help you.
