Full body, size 0 sewing mannequin?
I'm 15. VERY into sewing, but need a full body, size 0 sewing mannequin. Or an adjustable full body.
Not dress form.
Help?
Have you considered "cloning" yourself? Threads magazine has instruction on how to make a dust tape double of yourself. It wouldn't be a stretch to make duct tape lower torso and arms. That way your body form would be an exact duplicate of your proportions, no adjusting needed. You can fill the form with expanding foam insulation from the home improvement store, allowing you to pin into the form.

Probably the best case for cloning yourself comes in the price of full body forms. Allbrands has an extensive selection of full body forms and almost all start around 300$: http://www.allbrands.com/products/abc0130.html if you can find a used one it will still be quite expensive. Full body forms are never adjustable, only torso dress forms come in adjustable models. Making a form is an economical alternative especially for a teen on a limited budget.
