I have a Kenmore model 1278180 sewing machine. The thread keeps breaking. I've tried everything. Please help.
The top thread keeps breaking. Sometimes it gets stuck under the feet. Sometimes it gets caught. I've tried all different stitch lengths and pressures. I don't know what to do!
How about chainging the tension setting? Check your the diagram in your manual to see which dial to turn to change the tension. If it's set too high that could be what is causing your thread to break.
