Where can I find craft vinyl fabric?
I'm looking for a medium- to heavy-weight vinyl (not oilcloth) with a mettalicy shine look to it, (for a bag I'm sewing). I've looked everywhere; fabric stores, craft stores, online, and I can't find any. If you know of a place, probably online would be best unless it is in the south central area of Wisconsin, please share.
