Where can I find a basic dress pattern for a Rena Ryuugu cosplay?
I'm cosplaying as Rena for A-Kon, June 3rd.

I can easily dye and cut my hair, I just need to make the dress and hat. I need to find a dress pattern I can easily modify the bows/sleeves/collar/slit into, as I have very basic sewing skills. I think I have already found a nice tutorial for the bows. I know that hat is a beret, correct? Is there a way to make that poofy hat myself? I already have the tights, and I can just add fake leather, brown fabric and yellow string to some cheap shoes to make the boots. I can sew the wristbands easily. Thanks for any help you can offer~ :3
I think that this free pattern may just be what you are looking for as to the top and sleeves. It was the first thing that came to my mind when I looked at the picture. Look on the right for the pattern manufacturer and the number.
