So I just finished sewing the ribbons onto my pointe shoes...?
And they still don't fully support my foot! They slip off the back of my feet. Is this quite common? Will I need elastic?
yes you will need elastic. the ribbons are to hold up the sides of you shoes. the elastic is to hold the back on you heel. you you put on your elastic put it on a pinkie finger's width from the back seam.
