What can I wear to look more fashionable, but still indie rocker?
I'm 16. I have (dyed) red hair and blue grey eyes. In the past, I've been into the "scene" fashion." I used to wear band t-shirts, skinny jeans, Converse, Vans, hoodies, and the likes. I generally wear my hair down. My hair has a lot of short layers and I generally tease them a little and then mess it up in the back. I wear my eye makeup kind of thick (thick, rocker eyeliner).
As I've gotten older, I've been more into fashion. Can someone give me some ideas as to what I can wear that will make me look like a fashionable indie rocker on a budget. (By the way, I live in a small-ish town, so thrift stores aren't really an option.) I would make my own clothes, but as of now, I do not own a sewing machine . I asked my parents for one as my graduation present, though.
P.S. Some of my fashion influences are Audrey Kitching, Gala Darling and Izzy Hilton.

Ever watch Gossip Girl? If not, WATCH IT NOW. You could try and copy Jenny Humphrey's [Taylor Momsen] style from THE SHOW. Her style irl is too revealing. Make sure it's up to date, she wasn't too fashionable before.
